Try this solution

First, ensure the battery is fully charged and properly installed.

Next, place the water hose in a water source. It's best to fill a 5-gallon bucket with fresh water and position the fan on top for stability. Once the water hose is in the water source, power on the machine.

Press the misting speed adjustment button to activate the misting mode and adjust the misting speed as needed.

To exit the misting mode, press the misting speed adjustment button or the on/off button. There are three misting options available, and you can adjust the mode while the fan is on. The misting mode will automatically start at high speed.

Avoid using the misting mode for long periods when the fan is out of water. We recommend using tap water with the fan.
