Cannot remove the blade

Insert an object such as a small slotted screwdriver into the SPINDLE LOCK (13) to lock it in place

Rotate blade screw counterclockwise with a slot tip screwdriver and remove the blade screw while steadily holding the back slot in place

Slide the blade away from the UPPER GUARD and remove the blade
4
Slide new blade under the UPPER GUARD with beveled edges facing you.
5
Align the hole in the blade with the hole in the blade shaft.
Insert the screw and screw it clockwise to secure the blade tightly.
