Try this solution

Remove clogged debris from the Impeller & BLOWER/VACUUM TUBE

Possible cause:
Debris blocking in the Impeller.

Unplug the device

Open the unit by pressing the RELEASE BUTTON (3)

Clear any debris that may be jammed in between the impeller

Remove the UPPER/LOWER VACUUM TUBE (4, 5) and clear out any debris that may may be causing the clog

Reattach the BLOWER/VACUUM TUBE and then start
