Try this solution
Ensure that the QUICK RELEASE BAG COLLAR is installed securely
Also, ensure the BLOWER/VACUUM SELECTOR LEVER is in line with the proper selection. Then push the ON/OFF SWITCH to start.
Possible cause:
Bag is not properly installed.
