Try this solution
Make sure that the positive and negative poles are connected correctly
Once they are, push the BOOST button on the Jumper Cable. After the green light stays on, complete the startup within 30 seconds. Turn the ignition switch to the START position. After the vehicle starts, remove the battery clip.
If this doesn’t work, the battery may be damage.
