Tool won't start
Try this solution
Make sure all connections are correct

Make sure that you are using a light-medium 3-prong outdoor extension cord
It should be plugged into an outdoor or garage outlet.

Make sure that the RECEPTACLE CORD (29) is connected to the REAR HANDLE power cord

Connect the power cord on the extension of the POWER POLE HANDLE to outdoor extension cord

Press the LOCK-OFF BUTTON (1) while squeezing the ON/OFF switch (2)
