Try this solution

Make sure that both batteries are the same (i.e 2x20V 2.0ah, 2x20V 4.0ah etc.)

Note: Any tool that uses two 20V batteries, it is recommended to use two of the same equally charged amp batteries. For example, two fully charged 4.0 AH batteries or two fully charged 6.0 AH batteries. When you use two batteries with different power, the machine will only run to the lower common denominator.
