The blades will not stay closed for storage
Try this solution
Depress the SAFETY LOCK TRIGGER while simultaneously depressing the ON/OFF TRIGGER
The blades will close and beep once. Continue to hold until the tool beeps twice. The LED LIGHT INDICATOR will turn off and the blades will stay closed. Remove the battery from the tool.
