Try this solution

Check your extension cord

It should be plugged into an outdoor or garage outlet. Ensure the receptacle end of the extension cord is connected to the POWER PLUG and secured to the EXTENSION CORD HOOK. Press the ON/OFF SWITCH to start.

Please refer to the manual for using the correct cord.
