Try this solution

Hold the SPINDLE LOCK (3)

Turn off the tool. Press and hold the SPINDLE LOCK (3). Using the CHUCK WRENCH (7), undo the COLLET CHUCK (1) and switch out the accessory. Hold down the SPINDLE LOCK (3) when fixing the COLLET CHUCK (1).

Note: Insert the bit into the chuck as far as possible to minimize exhaustion and imbalance.
