Try this solution

Lock the FORWARD/REVERSE ROTATION CONTROL

Pull the COLLET LOCKING SLEEVE forward (8) and remove the bit and replace it with the one desired. Once the new bit is in place, release the COLLET LOCKING SLEEVE (8).
