Try this solution

Ensure the Kickback Brake is deactivated

Pull HAND GUARD(5) back in position (1) so that the red dot is covered. You will hear a click.

The chain brake lever is a safety mechanism activated through the front hand guard, when kickback occurs. Chain stops immediately.
