My tool sounds like it's running, but the chain is not moving

Try this solution

Ensure the chain is fully seated in the DRIVE SPROCKET grooves

How-to guide

1. WARNING: Remove the battery before attempting any fixes

2. Remove the CHAIN COVER (9) by turning the CHAIN TENSIONING KNOB (8) counterclockwise

3. Make sure that the chain is fully seated in the DRIVE SPROCKET grooves (16)

4. Cover the bar and chain and tighten down the CHAIN COVER

5. Press the LOCK-OUT BUTTON (1) while squeezing on the ON/OFF SWITCH (2)
