Try this solution
Ensure that the battery is fully charged
Once it is fully charged, place the battery into the MakerX Hub and turn it on.
Possible Cause:
Battery is low on power.
If no light shows on the charger, ensure the outlet is working. If the charger still shows no light, the charger needs to be replaced.
