My tool will not start
Try this solution
Ensure that the battery is fully charged
Make sure the battery is fully seated in the charger. If no light shows, ensure the outlet is working. If the charger still shows no light, the charger needs to be replaced.
Unlock the FORWARD/REVERSE ROTATION CONTROL by putting it into the required mode. Push the ON/OFF SWITCH to start.
Possible cause:
Low on battery power and rotation control is in locked position.
