Try this solution
Ensure that the battery is fully charged
Push the ON/OFF SWITCH and allow the tool to heat up. The heat indicator light will be red as it heats and will turn green when it is ready to use. Push on the SWITCH TRIGGER to start gluing.
Possible Cause:
Battery is low on power.
