Try this solution

Ensure the power cord adapter is properly connected to the charging base

Once connected, plug the cord into a covered and/or GFCI outdoor outlet. Make sure both the charging strips on the mower touch the center of the charging contacts on the charging base.

Possible cause:
There is no power.
