Refill oil

Possible cause:
No oil in reservoir.

WARNING: Remove the battery pack before filling the oil tank

Set chain saw on any suitable surface with Oil Filler Cap (3) facing upward

Clean area around the Oil Filler Cap with cloth and unscrew the cap by turning it counter clockwise

Add bar and chain oil until tank is full

DO NOT OVERFILL. Oil levels will be shown through the OIL LEVEL WINDOW (14). Avoid getting dirt or debris in the oil tank.

Refit Oil Filler Cap (3) and tighten it by turning it clockwise
