My tool will not start
Try this solution
Ensure that the batteries are fully charged
If no light shows on the charger, check if the outlet is working. If the charger still shows no light, the charger needs to be replaced.
Possible cause:
Batteries are low on power.
Once the batteries are fully charged, insert the charged batteries into the tool. To start the tool, first squeeze the OPERATOR PRESENCE SWITCH, then the THROTTLE TRIGGER.
