My tool will not work

Try this solution

Ensure that the battery is fully charged.

Make sure the battery is fully seated in the charger. Once it is fully charged, place the battery into the tool and turn it on.

If no light shows, ensure the outlet is working. If the charger still shows no light, the charger needs to be replaced.

Note: This model has been discontinued and we no longer carry replacement parts. You may find spare parts available online on eBay or Amazon.
